Here is a list of journaling prompts that I suggest writing about at the end of each meditation, or at anytime in the day when you have a spare moment to take for yourself…

2. How does your belly, chest, and head feel when you reflect on this topic?
3. What emotions can you associate with these visceral feelings?
4. How might you feel with increased awareness about this topic?
5. Write about the positive or negative impact of any stories you believe in regarding this topic.
6. Write about the fact that many others are feeling similarly about this topic as you.
7. When can you apply increased mindfulness to this topic in your day-to-day life?
