In the midst of busy lives and constant mental demands, taking time to slow down can be profoundly healing. An Afternoon of Presence and Appreciation is a thoughtfully cultivated half day wellness retreat designed to support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional fatigue, or mental overload, or simply looking for a nourishing relaxing experience.
Join Christina Sanders and Arden Casault at Collective Healing Center for a heart centered afternoon combining gentle movement with mindfulness and restorative practices to support mental wellbeing. Hosted within a calm and supportive environment, this retreat offers gentle practices that encourage grounding, self-connection, and appreciation.

PAUSE BREATHE RECONNECT
Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through experiences that awaken compassion, invite stillness, and nurture your whole being. Each moment is designed to bring warmth to the body, steadiness to the mind, and nourishment to the heart.
- Heart Centered Cacao Ceremony: A gentle ceremonial experience to invite presence, openness, and connection, supported by intention setting and mindful awareness.
- Yin Yoga and Massage: Slow, supported postures paired with optional relaxation massage to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite ease.
- Guided Meditation & Reflective Journaling: A quiet space for self inquiry and appreciation, supported by guided meditation and structured journaling prompts.
- Reiki and Restorative Yoga: A deeply soothing practice combining restorative postures and Reiki energy to promote relaxation, emotional regulation, and integration.

This experience is suitable for adults of all levels and is facilitated with sensitivity, choice, and nervous-system awareness. All practices are offered with flexibility and choice. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and engage at their own pace.

- Comfortable, layered clothing

- Ceremonial grade organic cacao with milk alternative
- Journal and pen, feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite!
- Inviting, mindful space to soften and connect
This retreat is not a group therapy program, rather, it is a wellness-based experience intended to complement existing mental health care and provide clients with practical tools for grounding, mindfulness, self-reflection, and stress management..
