Gentle Flow
It’s a pleasure to have you join me for this practice…
In this gentle flow practice, we remain on the floor (or bed) without coming to standing. Throughout this practice we tap into the parasympathetic nervous system through slow calming poses with the addition of some gentle strengthening of the deep stabilizing core muscles. This practice includes therapeutic elements to help you restore your wellbeing and is intended to support your whole self. Enjoy!
