Calming Hatha Flow

Calming Hatha Flow

It’s a pleasure to have you join me for this practice…

This practice is a slow practice with a restorative approach yet includes some strength building poses. The theme of this practice is interoceptive awareness, the process of turning within the body and mind and noticing what is happening for you in the present moment. The practice includes techniques to stimulate the rest and digest part of the nervous system offering ease and relaxation. Variations are offered to make the practice what you choose it to be. You can take a more heated pose to release energy or a warming variation to stay more neutral. There is the option to practice all of the poses without having to get on the floor, seated poses can be done in a chair, standing poses can be done with the support of a chair, and lying postures can be done in a bed. I hope you enjoy, and I welcome all feedback. Your comments help me grow as a student and a teacher so I can improve myself and hopefully help guide you on your journey. Enjoy!

Until next time…

PS. Your feedback is valued. I hope you enjoyed this practice and I welcome all feedback. Your comments help me grow as a student and a teacher so I can improve myself and hopefully help guide you on your journey.
